Payment and Delivery

Payment Terms:

• Non-cash payment through a secure online payment service (using WayForPay aggregator), payment through PayPal.
• Cash or card payment upon delivery by courier in Kyiv.
• Cash on delivery is possible at the offices of "Nova Poshta" and "Ukrposhta" upon receipt of the order. Only within Ukraine.
• Payment outside Ukraine is exclusively in USD or EURO, or in a currency convenient for you, through the Online Payment service (using WayForPay aggregator), or payment through PayPal. Organized with 100% prepayment for the order.

Returns and Exchanges:

• If the clothing you received did not fit for any reason, within 14 days of receipt you have the opportunity to return it or exchange it for a different size. The clothing must be in merchantable condition, including tags and labels.
• Return costs are borne by the buyer. Refund for the goods is made from the moment we receive the clothing and check its proper quality.

Delivery in Kyiv:

• Courier in Kyiv.

Delivery in Ukraine:

• Nova Poshta. Delivery takes place within 1-2 days from the order and the availability of goods. The cost of delivery varies depending on the order amount and the weight of the goods.
• Ukrposhta. Delivery takes place within 3-4 days from the order and the availability of goods in the showroom. The cost of delivery varies depending on the order amount and the weight of the goods.

International Delivery:

• Ukrposhta. Currently the only option for international delivery. Delivery time varies from 12 to 15 days.
• We are actively working on organizing other delivery options and notify if such an option appears on the site when choosing a delivery option.
